Please note: Please be clear on what you are purchasing we do not offer refunds on services or products.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all missed or no show appointments will be charged the full price or a loss of the prepaid service. We do offer a rescheduling fee of $35 that you can pay to reinstate your lost session.
